14 years ago, before Zoom and Instagram, I hosted my very first meditation circle — right in my living room.

What began as a few friends gathering in my living room soon became a weekly ritual — a sacred space for stillness, healing, and connection.

My journey into meditation began in 2008 with a transformative 10-day silent Vipassana meditation course, which deepened my appreciation for stillness. Since then, meditation has been an integral part of my daily life.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals from all walks of life in discovering the beauty of meditation. This weekly gathering is my way of sharing a gentle, supportive space— where you can simply show up, let go, and experience the benefits of meditation in a gentle & welcoming way - free from expectations.

With a blend of scientific understanding and holistic wisdom, I bring a practical yet heart-centered approach to meditation, making it accessible to everyone—no experience needed.
